What We Do

Our Mission

To mobilize and empower young people to demand strong data governance, seamless integration of digital tools, and direct influence over health policy to advance digital health and Universal Health Coverage.

Our Vision
A future where young people lead equitable, rights-based digital health transformation at national, regional, and global levels.

Building out a Youth Network

of Transform Health, with at least 50 organisations in six (6) countries
(Kenya, Senegal, Mexico, Indonesia, India and Ecuador).
We are actively building alliances and partnerships with national, regional, and global youth networks to foster mutual growth and impact.
As a key technical partner of the Africa CDC Youth Programme, YET4H plays a central role in advancing the Africa Youth in Digital Health Network. We lead the Policy and Advocacy Working Group and co-lead the Capacity Building Working Group, helping shape strategic direction and implementation.
Additionally, we are forging partnerships with individual youth-led organizations to drive collective advocacy and action on digital health across the continent.
Develop and disseminate a youth call to action: We aim to influence key global digital health strategies, policies, and program decisions through a well-crafted call to action, including shaping the new Global Digital Health Strategy and the UHC 2030 High-Level Meeting, in 2027, with success measured by the incorporation of specific youth-led recommendations in official documents, reports, or public statements by relevant decision-makers.
Championing strengthened global health data governance: frameworks, achieving endorsement through a World Health Assembly resolution and domestication into national legislation by 2030.
Advocating for increased and better coordinated domestic and international financial investments: to support the equitable, inclusive, and sustainable digital transformation of health systems, particularly in low and middle income countries.
